The DS-1 is a precision engineered hi-flow race catted 5” mandrel bent stainless steel downpipe for the 2016+ BMW 340i/240i. It is 3D computer designed to minimize bends and maximize flow while maintaining factory-like fitment.

Faster turbo spool up, increased/much-deeper exhaust note, much improved throttle response
Ultra-high flow 200 CPSI race catalytic converter
True 5" (127mm) diameter catalyst for 56% less flow restriction and better emissions than 4" sports catalysts used by competitors

TIG welded with chemical weld passivation for enhanced appearance and corrosion protection
