rear strut bar damage?
I noticed [link below] under my car today.
Wondering if something similar has ever happened to anyone else? it looks bent and really weird, not sure what caused it. How difficult is it to replace? Can it be done by 1 person? How critical is this part to the drivability and function of the car? is this the correct part? Please advise Thanks! View post on imgur.com |

The jacking block has damage on the inside, almost as if the car slipped off a jack or lift, which then went through the underbody cladding. Alternatively driving over the end of a parking block or hitting road debris could also cause that sort of damage.
The tie bar doesn’t look very bent, if at all, but the cladding is definitely damaged. |

If anything I'd put a new rubber lift block on to replace the torn one. |

You were getting rubbing ? Where at ?
I cannot tell much from the pictures. Is the part bent in a manner that a thin edge is aimed at the gas tank ? Because you need to make sure in an accident nothing pierces ! |
