Go with the manual... however, are you okay with the red interior?
I'd say wait for the 08's and order the car to your liking. Then you will not regret having to retrofit something later (if it's even possible).

I've got option 1 and it kicks butt - manuals are great - but with .1 sec difference in 0-100kmh - why? Around a race track the 19s will help you better than the 18s anyway...

automatic will always keep u wondering how the manual would have been, make the right choice and get the manual one, plus the red leather interior is beautiful .

I went with this theory when I ordered my car- "If I buy a BMW it better have nav" A BMW w/out nav is just not a BMW to me... Esp. Nowadays when every other car out there comes with it

Sadly, i'd have to recommend that you wait. If you want a stick, then you want a stick. And the interior of that car without idrive is really depressing. I dont even use nav that often, but i've had it on every other car. It helps when needed. More importantly, I just like having the easy to read display for music/car info/etc.

You said you want a manual transmission so I'm not sure why you are asking your question. Black on Coral is a great color combination...very classy.
Personally...I would never want a clutch in Toronto's never ending traffic. That all being said...I would wait and get an '08 exactly how you want it. The depreciation you've already lost by buying an earlier model year will more than offset any "deal" you think you'll be getting from a dealer (unless you're leasing I suppose). These are cars you get to satisfy desires, not logic, so compromising doesn't make any sense. If you want to compromise, save $30K and get a Honda. |
