Also, the newest spy pics i posted show a much better looking rear end. Look like the diffuser is bigger and the side is more angled. Seems like a more aggressive version of the F30 M sport. But it could just be the pics.
Compared with: The lines make it seem like the diffuser goes up much higher on the 2er, which I like. Personally on the F30 M sport I think the gray diffuser is too low and makes it look out of place

I know this is way off topic, but there are spy pictures of the Lexus IS-F coupe floating around on worldcarfans, and Autoblog. Maybe someone could put the pics up against the M4 prototypes for comparative purposes.... : )
Also the M235 is going to be awesome!! |

Sad to see the stupid two sided exhaust. I appreciated that the E82 kept a single sided setup, but I guess for everyone that appreciates function over form, there are a million folks that prefer form over function, so I'll just accept that loss.

Guys the front bumper on the white prototype is different than the one on the red car that was spied a month ago. The white one's bumper has the lines tilting outwards like the M models and the red one has it's lines tilting inwards like M-sport models.
Does this mean there's a M2 and M235i? |

I wish i bought the 1M instead of my 335i ....
I am looking forward to this car: the M235i(s)
but man the M2 is going to be a Beast! Hopefully BMW doesn't limit it the way it did for the 1M against the M3.

It is supposed to be about the same size as the E46 coupe and from these pictures it looks pretty close, maybe a tad smaller. So with a lower weight than the E46 coupe and much more power it should be a great car.The M2 should be incredible and most likely my next car, instead of the M4.

What are people hoping to see improved in the M235i over the 135is? The 135is has been around for awhile and I don't remember anywhere near this amount of hype before its release. I've also seen more 1Ms in the wild than 135is, so the 135is isn't as popular as you'd think based on the excitement for its successor.
The F22 will be sportier than the F32, but that's nothing new because the E82 was sportier than the e92. Is it just the looks? The addition of an "M" badge? |
