Quick Question On This Key CA-FOB Scenero
from my understanding, the 335i will automatically turn off no matter in what condition, drive, etc if it does not detect the ca-fob in the slot or inside the car for the matter. is this correct?
lastly since the ca-fob is not rechargable through the slot, what would happen if you are driving and the key runs out of battery or just fries so to say? |

If the FOB battery dies, the car will stay on until you turn it off. Once it is off, you won't be able to start the car unless you insert the key.
You will also get a "low battery" warning when the battery needs to be replaced. |

Edit: Not sure about lifetime of each battery or battery type. |
