PROBLEM
i have an AW 335i coupe. after driving my brother 335, i noticed that his gas pedal felt a lot heavier than mine.
i did a comparison from 0-20mph. i only had to step on the gas a little bit to reach 20 with his car. but had to step nearly half way down to get to 20 for my car. my car felt a lot slower. I'm not sure if there is an acceleration problem or if it's just the gas pedal. anyone know what the problem is? how can i fix it? does anyone have or notice the same problem with their car?? |

The throttle is drive by wire so no throttle cable. Do you have waste-gate clank?Possible boost leak. Just before I had my turbos replaced I experienced this because exhaust was bypassing the turbo through the waste-gate. How is the power delivery? Is it jerky?

Why don't you and your brother just run your 335s really quick to see if his is actually quicker.. could be worrying over nothing here.. our cars also adapt to the way we drive it on a regular basis so that might be it also..
