It says:
The pipe bomb when activated cuts of the car engine which leaves it running off momentum that causes the car to shoot out raw un-burnt fuel that is ignited by the spark plugs that are drilled into your tail pipe(s). Wonder how they get that to work on an engine with injection which is cut of when you shut down the engine. Me thinks it will void warranty...

..I can just smell the burning bumper now..... I love hte look of a poorly installed 'custom' muffler with melted edges where the bumper meets the tailpipe...nice. ~Frost
