ISTA+ Can't run measures plan due to hardware actions

Hello, I have a 2015 BMW M235i and am using ISTA+ on my laptop connected by an ETH cable.

I attached photos of my measures plan, along with some of the errors that pop up on ista and what all I have replaced prior to this just looking to see how i can bypass the hardware actions or remove them from my measures plan so i can program and encode all my modules and run a software update on the vehicle.

Replaced/Repaired Parts:

DME - Repaired
FEM - Repaired
IVM - Replaced
Battery - Replaced
Battery Terminals - Replaced

All fuses are good

The main codes that are concerning me are the Short circuit to ground on b+ and the “Unknown terminal voltage” messages that pop up on ista.

Did you ever figure this out?

Having the same issue right now with headlight modules that were already replaced and I cannot do anything in ISTA
