my bmw app not showing current info

I've been having an issue recently with the mybmw app not updating the fuel level and %. I found several other threads about this issue and tried the fixes that were recommended and it's still not updating. Specifically I tried resetting the system by holding the volune/power button down for 30 seconds. I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and logged back in and still the same info is showing. And lastly, i tried to update the app on my car, but it didn't even provide that option. Just in case it matters I have a 2022 m240i xdrive.

Has anyone had this issue and figured out a fix?

Yes, mine does that too.
On the iOS app, if you pull down on the first page it will refresh the data. That is assuming that the car is talking to the server.

I was on the web based site and it took about 5 min before the site refreshed on its own.

Also, make sure you are signed in on the car via the "ID" menu.

Thanks for the reply. I'm actually using an android so maybe that's part of the issue. I did refresh the data in the app but still no dice.

It is a fix for all telematics issues (Bluetooth not connecting, GPS issues, MyBMW app issues). Just reset the iDrive.
