Crackle (ping?) on highway N51

On the highway, I hear a crackle that almost sounds like engine pinging. It's the loudest under load starting at 2200 RPM in 6th gear. It almost sounds like engine pinging. Moving my head around in the cabin, I hear it the best with my head near the center console around the gear shift. I have no codes in INPA. Engine is a N51. I appreciate your help! Thanks

Bad knock sensor, running lean, check air-fuel-ratio and STFT while driving.
