LM Reps

hey guys i got a few questions! (if i may)

Out of all the LM reps which ones have the biggest lips?

**********s Classic Mesh?

Linea Corse?

Exclusive Alloy?

Also how close to the real LMs do the **********s Classic mesh rims look?

Can the Linea Corse rivets be removed?

cheers in advance

not sure about your question but I know that Linea Corse are the closest things you'll get to real LM's

We carry the EX-M1 style which I must admit are one of the closest reps I have seen to date. The only difference between these and the originals is that these have a flat lip design rather than the step look.

The Linea Corse looks very close to the real deal.

They face design is very similar and they have the actual step lip, unlike many others on the market.

The rivets can be removed on them.

Hey G33, YES THE Exclusive Alloy LM's are JWL and VIA certified. I have both the Exclusive Alloy EXM1 and the regular LM reps in stock. The closest LM ever made was the EXM3 LM's. It's all in the details. Let me know if you need some help with your LM order.

Boosted you are in Glendale fairly close, if you are coming down to Orange County, you are welcome to come evaluate the classic mesh that we carry.

I think its great that consumers get a wide variet of options.

You Can click on picture to checkout gallery of pictures. The wheel is JWL and VIA approved as well, rivets are removable. The wheels come in E90/E92 fitment 19x8.5 ET35 and 19x9.5 ET33

I've seen the Exclusive and Linea Corse Lemans in person and the Linea Corse Lemans is hands down a better LM rep.

LOL you make it seem like the step lip isn't a big deal, WHEN IT IS! The step lip is huge and to not have one on a BBS LM rep is sad.

Well it's very subjective, a lot of people contact me requesting the flat lip whereas others prefer the step.

I'm a big fan of the LM reps and as such have carefully reviewed many.

My impressions:

Lemans- The most-like and best finish, plus the step lip. But for e92 owners, I'm not a big fan of the 10" in the rears. 275s will require a roll of the fender, while the 265s don't provide enough rubber to cover the width of the rim, hence leaving a tiny gap between tire and lip. This issue is the only reason I haven't pulled the trigger on the Lemans. If you don't mind rolling the fenders, throw on some 275s and case closed.

Modbarg's Mesh- Best offsets and width for a standard e92 setup. Good looks even without the step lip but IMO a notch below the Lemans.

Each of these two vendors are considered by many on the board to be 5 STAR quality. In my informal dealings with each I'd have to agree.

Exclusive Alloys LM- Hard to get straight answers from different vendors, so I'll reserve my opinion. At the very least wide rears will present a similar problem as the LeMans. Just my impression but the other two are far and away the better choice.

Some other reasonably priced wheels to consider:
MORR VS8
LC Z2S

For the record I am no wheel expert, nor do I claim to be. These are just my opinions in researching this product. If any vendor, or buyer/user, of these products can dispute or clarify any of my points, please feel free to do so.

Step Lip FTW. PM Zoeb for the Linea Corse Lemans. I'm not completely sure, but I think you will be able to get various Linea Corse wheels with custom color finish.
