225/45-18 on Stock Wheels?

Does anyone know if I can run 225/45-18 on a stock non-staggered set of wheels for my 2016 M235 xDrive?

There are a set of Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 2 I'd like to get but that's the only size available.

Should fit fine, I run 225/45-18 winter tyres on 8x18 ET45 wheels with no rubbing or clearance issues.
