The video in this thread is an F30 but the procedure is the same. Had mine off a couple of tiimes, and IIRC the bolt sizes on the top of the bumper mentioned in the video are different on an F22. Make sure you take your time. If you have to pull the bumper too hard you missed a fastener something. In my case I didn't remove the wheels. That makes it a little harder to get at some of the fasteners but not too bad. Also unfastenting the headlight washers from their clips is a bit tricky. Again don't use too much force and take your time.

There are two bolts on each sideunder the fender / inner liner that hold the bumper cover to the metal fender. One is very easy to get to, the other slightly harder. Once you get everything off the cover takes very little pulling to get off.
