Throttle response / lag

Hi,

With all the power the M240i has the throttle response lag from a dead stop is a little too much.
During my commute (stop and go) I would like to have the sport throttle response minimized lag while retaining everything else in Comfort (only need the pops and burbles when I want to have fun).

What to do? User reported that the Dinan Elite works for the above but that is expensive just to cure throttle lag ... any other ideas (as there is no M Individual button where I could save settings as I want to like in a real M car)?

Would that be still change exhaust/transmission/....? I thought "Drivetrain only" just indicates the suspension stays in comfort/soft
