Got my BBS CH-Rs - Pictures and Video HERE
Hi all,
After a 4 month long wait, I finally got my BBS CH-R fitted up and boy am I happy with the result. They really set the car off! New Wheel specs are 19x8 ET40 FRONT and 19x9 ET44 REAR. Here's a quick video I put together of the experience, and showing how tyres are stripped and fitted without damaging the wheels. Some photos below too |

Thanks and good question. I'm thinking I might go up to 265s on the back and 235s on the front for a slightly more "chunky" fitment. Will have to check clearances first though. Haven't had a real close look yet.

2) These wheels are great both visually and function-wise (rather strong and not heavy). It's the BBS that might be a problem. I've got a set of these wheels and then decided to get 2 spares... good luck with that. BBS couldn't be bothered to do anything for their client once a set is sold. Paid for 2, then was told I was placed on back order, they shipped 4 months later... 1 wheel, then... can never get a reply from them... and it's now been 6 months or so. I have a set of CI-R wheels (et45 front and et48 rear) waiting on tires. I'm pretty sure 235/35 and 265/30 will be OK but I don't know about adding Dinan springs, there might not be enough clearance.

you should be fine as long as the wheels are 19x8 front, 19x9 rear

Love BBS CH-R
Man am I jealous -- I just think the BBS CH-R's are so nice looking and quality without looking over-the-top and boy racer.
. . Pure Class and will look good years from now . Great Choice! |

A 255 wide tire looked very close to the limit on my car, some poke and when the wheel went into the arch it looked like maybe a couple of mm left before it would rub the fender.
