N20 Catless vs Catted!

Hey everyone,

Just curious what everyone has & also what you would recommend...

I would honestly do Catless just for the slight performance & sound increase... but then im worried it's gonna smell beyond horrible...

Any personal experiences guys and what would you recommend!

I have catless on the n20 X3. It does smell only very slightly if you are at a standstill with the windows down. If you are driving then you won't or shouldn't smell anything if you get a quality catless dp from a good company. Custom Catless DP don't smell at all if designed well.

I would do catless. More sound, more performance and less money.
That being said i dont mind a slight fuel smell, if you do go with catted it still gives you most of the benefits

I got Custom Catless Downpipes by EnzoPerformance
I don't know what smell everyone is talking about (except in cold start, window down or door open you can obviously smell the car is on) its normal since its gas
But I was worried at first but then I realized most ppl don't have custom so it smells more for them.

Will going catless make the car fail an emissions test in New York?
