e91 owner did you car come 1st aid kit and...

I bought my 07-E91 wagon about 6 months ago, and just have a chance to read the owner manual. The manual indicates that the car comes with first aid kit and a warning triangle, and they are located in the rear panel (in trunk ******* on the driver side. I opened the panel up and they are not there. Does anyone else missing their too?

Those come in cars delivered in Europe but not in the USA.
