Sirius Trial Cancellation
Purchased used 2020 M240 in Sept 2021 from BMW Dealership. Got the Free Trial Subscription.....(I guess 3 months). It's been over 3 months now and it still plays on the radio. I called Sirius and attempted to cancel. ... gave them my radio ID. They said there is no subscription for that radio. So has anyone experienced that and what should my next move be to cancel the trial subscription ?

I'm surprised that Sirius hasn't attempted to contact you. When I bought my car (new), it came with a 1 year subscription to Sirius. I was contacted several times by Sirius, each asking me to subscribe. I ignored the messages. I recommend you just enjoy Sirius and let the subscription lapse.

Nope..... no previous account.
I called Sirius again and good ole "Nate" went thru some questions of me, went thru some gyrations, and then announced that he had cancelled it. I went to the car, turned on the radio, and Viola, ,,,,,, it is still active. ugh. |
