which iDrive controllers will plug-and play in my M235i no-nav?
Hi:
I have a 2016 M235i F23 with no nave an no tech package (basic gauge cluster with 4 analog needles, 6.5 inch display) I'd like to upgrade form the 2-direction iDrive controller to a 4-way one. the 2-way is a PITA with the carplay MMI box I installed! I understand that at some point they changed from KCAN to KCAN2. is there an easy way to tell by the connector or otherwise what will work? I don't care about the touch input or big vs. small controller knob - I just want 4-way cursor control. Thanks! Dave |
