Loaded/Modded 2017 M240i Xdrive MINT - 15k miles - one owner - $35,998
Current Buyout is $35,998.17 2017 M240i Mineral Gray w/ Coral Red interior - Automatic X-Drive. Car has 15,500 miles on it currently. May slowly go up. Not currently driving it. Buy my car out and it INCLUDES all mods. Lightly hit a raised manhole cover and cracked the front splitter. I can have the splitter removed or leave as is. (Picture of damage in last pic of this post) ALBUM OF IMAGES: View post on imgur.com Numbers: I am currently within the last 5 months of my lease, so can no longer transfer. Lease Buyout: $35,998.17 Vehicle is fully loaded, minus wireless charging and wifi hotspot. Has carplay from the factory on window sticker (no monthly payment fee). I am traveling a ton for work and unable to drive this car nearly as much as I would like. Looking to get rid of it now. Car is currently located in Orlando, FL. Car is modded currently, and will remain exactly how it is now for whoever takes this over. Everything runs and works flawlessly. Car has only ever been hand washed and driven by myself (non-smoker/no pets). There is one small chip in the front bumper, but otherwise no swirls/dings/dents/scratches and car is still very hydro-phobic from the ceramic coating installed. All mods were professionally installed by PSI (Precision Sport Industries in Winter Park, FL). Looking for $0 up front, buyer just would buy the lease out from BMW for exact value. Vehicle will come with all OEM parts/wheels/etc. MODS: Exterior: HRE FF15 18" wheels in Tarmac GTechniq Crystal Serum and Exo Hydrophobic Ceramic Coating installed by JL's Auto Detailing in Melbourne, FL (~$1,200) M Performance Front Splitter - Paint matched mineral gray metallic M Performance Side Splitters - Paint matched mineral gray metallic M Performance Rear Diffuser - Paint matched mineral gray metallic M Performance Carbon Fiber Spoiler M Performance black kidney grills from IND painted Black Sapphire Metallic M Performance Carbon mirror caps 15% Llumar CTX Ceramic tint all the way around/50% on windshield/sunroof IND Color matched front and rear reflectors Interior: M2 Dry Carbon Fiber Interior Trim M Performance Dry Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel Insert Eton B100W Front Door Speakers JL-Audio C2-400X Rear Speakers Car is coded with multiple options like: no nav warning on startup, no seatbelt warning, show speed in digital cluster, M load screen, auto fold mirrors on lock, roll windows/sunroof up/down with key fob, etc. Performance: JB4 with OBD Connection and EWG/FF wires and Bluetooth Connectivity BMS Billet Intake BMS Meth Kit with 2 gallon tank in truck - 2x CM7 Nozzles Evolution Racewerks Catless Downpipe 2nd Resonator in midpipe deleted M235i M Performance Exhaust (Muffler) VSC-1 Exhaust Valve Controller w/2 Remotes and Homelink Connectivity Dinan Springs and Bump Stops |

Sad to see you sell. Have known this car from day one and it’s been expertly modified and maintained. Great deal for anyone looking for a great car from a responsible owner who puts too few miles on his cars. Help this one find a good home! GLWS

How did you like the exhaust setup you had? I very much like the valve route you took, with taking out the secondary cat. Got any old vids?

I really enjoyed it, gave the gurgle and popping when up/down shifting without being ULTRA aggressive. The Remus was another animal when I upgraded to that though. That was by far my favorite setup on this car.

I would assume it got reverted back to stock? I was about to buy another M240 but the deal fell through. To bad I didn't see this in time.
