Foreca Weather Alerts
I saw this for the first time yesterday and am thinking it must be an update to the weather service. Notice the triangle with the exclamation point in the weather tile. Selecting it goes into the weather warning and further selecting gives full details of the weather alert. Kinda neat.

Highlight the tab at the top of the tile then click options by the control knob. Then select main menu appearance or something like that and then you can set what each tile displays.
