Can any of the MW owners please post experiences and let me know how dirty the car gets? Are they easy to keep clean? I am coming from 3 black cars so definitely want something different.

I would really value some pictures showing the car when it hasn't been cleaned. I know it looks stunning when it's clean, but living in the UK means wet, dirty roads and I would appreciate pictures of your non clean mineral white cars. Anyone willing to put some pictures up for me? I'd really appreciate it

I need to make my mind up by the end of tomorrow, before my car goes into production.
I think the Mineral Grey sounds like the better choice given the wet and dirty roads here. I have an MG F30 335i and it looks way better when dirty than my previous non-metallic white 2012 A6 that I traded in. I could not be happier with the color. Even though my A6 was not metallic, I had a loaner car that was a Mineral White 1er and it looked very dirty after my 20 minute drive home from the dealership with roads that were only wet from the morning dew/frost.

However, for my M235i I chose black sapphire because it's been a while since I had a black car and also I already have an MG car that I am keeping.

I originally had Estoril Blue on order, but after seeing it in person at the dealer I quickly changed my order to black. I don't think the blue looked "mean" enough for me on the M235i, but I still think that color is great, too.

Either way, you can't go wrong. This car looks great in any color!! Let us know what you choose!!

I've owned a black car, metallic white car, silver car in my lifetime. Black was the worst and I will never go back to owning a black car. Not only does it get dirty very quickly after washing and waxing, but every imperfection from clear coat swirls and holograms to dents and dings shows up clearly.

Silver was the best all around color. Hid dirt and imperfections the best. Second choice is metallic white. White is a good color choice for a number of reasons. First, it reflects light so any clear coat scratches as well as dents and dings are difficult to spot. The added benefit to this is that if you decide to do a paint correction, you don't need to go beyond a stage 1 correction b/c you're not going to get any more depth from a white car. Second, you can use a sealant on a white car and get great results. White lacks depth b/c all the light gets reflected so a sealant instead of a wax will be all that's needed. Sealants are much easier to apply than waxes. All in all, you can't go wrong with a white car. In fact, I would only get a white or silver car and as much as I like EB, I think I'm going to go with glacier silver.

Apologies for the quality but the place was shut and so I was outside and the pic was somewhat obstructed.
Thanks for the photos.

What colour was the interior in these pictures?

Do you know if it had the sun protection package?

Are you sure it was a mineral white car and not alpine white?

I've since been into the dealer and can confirm it is definitely MW.
Interior is black, and I do believe it has the sun protection.

Let me know if you have any other questions as I'll be driving by that way at weekend.

Late to the party MW is as easy to keep clean as any other white car. Caked dirt will show, but the color is forgiving. It lacks a bit of luster when dirty, but when polished, it is a marvelous color. I love it which is why I will be getting the M235i in MW just like my 335is.

Right all, I finally amended my order with BMW. I have switched from mineral grey to mineral white.

I'm so much more excited about getting my car now. Mineral grey is lovely, but it wasn't making the car look sporty enough for me. I have always loved M3's in mineral white with coral red, so I decided to go with my heart, even though some may feel it's a loud combination.

I will post pictures when I have the car. Spec is as follows:-

Mineral white, coral red leather, brushed aluminium, 8 speed auto, adaptive M sport suspension, Harmon Kardon hifi, electric front seats, lumbar support, driver comfort package, comfort access , heated seats, heated steering wheel, sun protection pack, pro media package, Bluetooth usb audio, parking sensors, reversing assist camera.

Super excited now! The car should be going into BMW's production schedule next week and I have a date of mid-June for delivery.

Jason, are those white mirror caps on the 220d? if so they should fit on the 235 and should be able to order from BMW. Do you know if that is true?

BMW doesn't sell painted replacement parts, but you can order the caps and have them painted or order them from an aftermarket shop that sells them pre-painted.

The terra leather and woodgrain looks nice with the mineral white At first I was thinking black dakota with aluminum hexagon and estoril blue accents for my order but on second thought this may be the way to go.. Utsavized, how do you like your color choices?
