LG K20 Plus Bluetooth Crashing
The phone is an LG K20 Plus and the car is a 2016 228i. Whenever I'm in the car the bluetooth to my phone crashes continually. My wife's I phone works fine and the LG works fine in other vehicles. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm wondering if the phone and the car's Bluetooth system are incompatible. Which iPhone does your wife have? There may be a software update for the Bluetooth hardware in your car. Call the service department at the dealer.

Have you tried changing the AVRCP version used by your phone? It's possible that your phone may be defaulting to a version that your car is not compatible with (I've had this issue before on a Mazda.) If you enable developer options on your phone, you can change the version that is used for bluetooth control. I would try changing the version and seeing if that helps.
