Wheels unique to BMW

Hi everyone, I've been searching the last year on and off but more on lately for wheel upgrades for my car. I have...
  • Fallen in love with BBS, Apex, HRE, BCForged, and Rays.
  • Found a wheel, and I discover that EVERYONE has a version of it so then it falls off my list.
  • Researched BMW Race wheels and either OEM or APEX appear but eh...APEX look like all others.
  • Checked different patterns, like 5 spoke/split star, only to realize that every Mercedes or Audi I see has them.

I want a quality wheel (flow/rotary or forged) and 18's or bust - no additional suspension mods planned and def no fender pull. Something unique to BMW and/or unique in general that goes well with Black Sapphire. The VOLK TE-37s are beautiful, although more JDM, but solid and cool however will take FOREVER to get. Then again, I've been searching forever.

Anyway, just sharing my wheel saga - and I'm determined to find a set. Please if you have a unique wheel, share it here and share why you like it.

I don't have a set, but if I wanted forged and not something everyone else has, I'd start by looking first at Forgeline monoblocs:

https://forgeline.com/series/one-pie...-series-wheels

https://forgeline.com/finishes.

Each set is made to order. I don't know what the current lead time is, but they're made in Ohio. 1-800-886-0093

Vorsteiner used to have a nice 18" 2-series figment, not sure if they still do though.

Forgeline's are beautiful and up there with HRE - hoping for a BF sale that may help bring cost down, but won't hold my breath. The EX1 is really nice with the tuning fork spokes. Their copper is sexy and certainly unique. Thanks for the links and response.

The Titan 7 is certainly on my watch list. The Ts5 is a beautiful wheel no doubt and the price is right. I'm going to hunt down more pics of their "black" wheel on a super black car because I either want it spot on black to black (not dark blackish/gray) or will go bronze but their bronze is very dull and brake dust will dirty them up quick. So the jury is still out. As always I appreciate your Titan 7 experience/knowledge ~ the wheels look perfect with your car/color!

Go to Titan 7 FB page https://www.facebook.com/titan7wheel...4425143674085/

Its def. black on black. I mentioned its more satin then gloss, but enough shine to offset paint shine. In light it has some gleam, but not a ton.

Ask them to send you one and they'll let you return it.

Vorsteiner's are limited for our cars and wanting to run 18s. I do see the V-FF 108s and will keep an eye out for other potentials. Unfortunately, all their sexy wheels don't fit. Thanks for the suggestion though ~

Editing to note that Vorsteiner are currently 15% off at Vivid Racing

Rotiform has a large forged lineup, but for some reason don't seem to be as popular among BMW owners as they are in other circles. Some of their designs are very aesthetically different. Rotiform

BC Forged also has an interesting range of designs, from very simple thin spokes to more artistic asymmetrical designs. BC Forged

Black Friday deals were too good to pass up; I went with BBS CH-R and had them installed yesterday. 18x8 +40 with 225/40/18 (for now) and BMS 15mm spacers (for now)
