Best spark plug for E30 Applications

Hi,

Which is the best spark plug for E30 applications?

I heard NGK 97506, as well as BMW 12120042724 FLEX FUEL SPARK PLUGS.

Which gap to use?

I'm currently on a Bootmod3 stage2+ e30 tune. Might go Pure Stage 2 in the future. Won't be going full E85, just keeping E30 for fuel economy.

I always thought your spark plug choice should be based on the hp you were running.

Under 400 hp then OEM and std gap (FCP Euro warranty)

Over 400 hp - run NGK with smaller gap down to .022 - .020

Too small of a gap will = rough idle.

Gap (large as possible , small as necessary )

Did not know that running E30 itself would determine you plug choice
