chirping noise when accelerating

a "bird chirping" like noise coming from the right passenger area.
it only goes off when stepping on the throttle and goes away when i lift off the throttle, it sounds like some metal rotating and chirping, took it to a professional mechanic $$$ and changed belt tensioner and belt but failed to fix, then mechanic recommended to change front brake pads which are not due yet, however i can not be convinced it is the brakes because no brake squeal when breaking or what so ever and i wont be trusting the mechanic anymore because of the first diagnose failure.
2nd try was the passenger seat but it turned to be it is not.
Now i am just living with it.
No noise when revving stationary, noise is high first 20 mins driving and gets lower when i drive over 20-30 mins or when driving hard, or maybe i just get used to the sound so it sounds lower, here is a couple of videos i took, better heard with headphones.
