Still waiting as well. Very little communication.

Add me to the list of M235i owners with a newly crooked lever. 2nd is where neutral should be, neutral is where 5th should be, and 5th is halfway to the glovebox. Fortunately, I did the install myself, so I'm out my time, but no cash (assuming it all gets sorted out in the long run) Reached out to Rogue on Sunday 1/2/22 and still no word back. Just followed up with them today.

Also, I just joined the forum today so that I could stay more updated and participate a bit more. I wish I'd read the updates here prior to spending a couple of hours under the car, but ahh, such is life. Glad to be officially part of the group, rather than just a bystander.

Cheers, all.

This sucks for sure.. I assume y'all have tried to call them up? I found this phone number on some old emails, ph (201) 783-8600 . They may be able to give you a better idea as to where things are going.

Out of my own curiosity, is it confirmed that the shifter itself is the culprit (wrong shape?) or the cradle assembly?

I'm on the west coast and they're on the east coast, and go figure, any time I remember that I need to call them, it's past quittin' time for them... I wasn't trying to insinuate that they're up to no good, I'm sure they're just busy catching up from the holidays and behind on emails.

I can't confirm with 100% certainty the cause, but I can confirm that the carrier matched stock (same exact factory part just with the modification to move the pivot point upward to reduce throw). I'd be very surprised if the carrier was the problem, but I'm also being hopeful because having to change only the lever requires significantly less work than removing both parts.

Based on the video I sent into Rogue and the conversation I had with them, the lever arm is incorrect.

I have the Turner bushing along with the Rogue SSK I got as part of the first group buy. I expect to have them installed at some point.

BTW, did you happen to notice this Turner SSK: https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-5...435i/?pdk=AQcJ?

I emailed Rogue for any update whatsoever on Monday and haven't heard back. I reported the issue in late November. Starting to get pretty frustrated here. Anyone else with better luck?

Nothing. I’ll probably try calling this week but I’m assuming we will all need new parts that are back ordered and that’s part of the reason they’re delaying communication.

I did finally hear back from Rogue on 1/13. I asked if there was an update and here's their reply:

"Not yet…still waiting on parts to arrive so we can get replacements made. End of this month is our latest estimate. Everything is taking way longer than before.

We want to be able to make replacement levers ready to send out to affected customers.

Thanks for your patience. "

Came here to post this - I received a reply on Sunday 1/23 that said the soonest they'll be getting these out is "the end of this month".

Hey everyone. Like some of you have heard, Rogue is working on replacements and will get them out as soon as they can.

For a small business like Rogue it's very difficult to get materials and products made right now, especially for a custom run of shifters.

You got one of the correct ones? What gear are you in in that photo?

I believe ALL of the kits were incorrect. Vector mentioned he was getting a custom shift boot with extra material to compensate for the lever arm placement.
