loudest exhaust?

I have a MPE with a downpipe but i want to see which of the exhaust is the loudest. The videos sound all the same to me. Hoping to switch to a new exhaust sometime soon.

Hard to say! They all sound so good too. Maybe Armytrix or Fabspeed are the loudest but are we also talking with/without downpipe? I just got the Lightweight system and its pretty damn loud but not annoying. I should have a video up this weekend.

I wish we could get all the systems together and have a decible war.

Completely in love with it! Build quality is superb and I can't believe how aggressive it sounds with the stock downpipe. Tuningwerk was my favorite until I heard this one. And it's not horribly expensive either.

Yeah the pictures look great. If you don't mind, can you PM me where you bought yours? And for how much?

I also see you're local in LA!

OP: get a resonator and muffler delete with your MPE and catless down pipe. It'll be loud

Not a video but link below is thread on babybmw website with recordings of my car [HFC DP + MPE] and his car - HFC DP and BCS cat back exhaust which has boost activated powervalves, which he'd shimmed open.

http://www.babybmw.net/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=65935

BCS YT site has plenty of videos of their powervalve exhaust for Mx35i - plenty of folk here in the UK have them.

Enjoy !!!

Being the only person with the Fabspeed exhaust currently I can attest to the fact that with the valves open it is loud and very exotic sounding while still being comfortable but I also have their catbypass downpipe I also have to say with valves closed its basically as quiet as stock!

It's loud but I would go for a static no valves setup i hate closed mode for sounding and open is toooooo loud obviously. unless you are on track it's great.

Id like to submit the Fabspeed M235i (F22) Valvetronic Performance Exhaust System with Catbypass Downpipe into the running for loudest/best sounding exhaust system on the market. We also offer a Performance Sport Cat Downpipe version.

Fabspeed sport cat + midpipe / resonator delete + muffler delete was ridiculously loud. For anyone interested in buying the mid pipe, hmu. I had it on for literally a day before leaving just the sport cat lol. Gonna experiment with the muffler delete.

Catless downpipe - $150+
Custom shop to delete resonator and muffler - $250

Sounds cool but drones like hell on the highway.

Pretty much any valved muffler system Remus/Valvetronic /etc..with catless dp + no resonators will be the loudest without intolerable drone.

You get the benefit of a silenced muffler routed sound when the valves are closed and then essentially straight pipe when opened up.
