Clutch Pedal Vibration after upgraded clutch

Posting to see if anyone has had this issue. So about 2 weeks and 600 miles ago I installed a Luk 550i OE replacement clutch on my 2020 240i (a performance shop did actually). Broke it in nicely, around town driving immediately for 500 miles without any pulls or hard accelerations. Started lightly pulling since then. Since I got the car back, sometimes when I'm pressing the pedal down in any scenario (moving, in neutral, in gear, at a stop, etc.) I feel vibrations in the pedal. It don't seem sus I just sort of feel everything spinning around in the tranny. It's not crunchy or anything, its a fluid movement/vibration I'm feeling.

For additional information, I also had the CDV removed. Also the pedal was lighter than my '08 jetta for about 5 miles and then returned to OEM ish pressure which I expected and I'm not sure if it was present before but I've been having slight gas pedal and dead pedal vibrations recently as well, but maybe I'm crazy or that could be tire related.

Anyone have this?

Also experiencing with clutch:

Forgot to mention, on downshifts when it rev matches, I also feel the vibrations in the pedal when the revs come up. Probably just the torque but I'd like input please. Car has a BMS intake, VRSF catless dp, BM3 stage 2 tune, Luk 550i clutch

Certainly wouldn't know if this could help, but I had excessive clutch vibrations for over a year. I could feel it in my foot for a minute after driving sometimes.

First two dealers I took it to both claimed "behaving as designed" in a classic dealership comedy of apathy and lies. But finally, at a third dealership, a foreman who actually cared confirmed and fixed the issue.

Bare in mind I don't have any other mods to the clutch.

Stock flywheel. It was in good condition and didn't need to be resurfaced.

Is it something that just provides discomfort? Or can it lead to problems in the future? The shop I went to is very reputable in south Florida and deals with all high end European vehicles.
