BMW ConnectedDrive web sight

Have been trying since last Thursday to renew my subscription for my ConnededDrive. Every time I try it keeps saying "internal error, please try again later", or something to that effect. I even drove up to the dealer to see if they could do it, and the same thing was going on. Have any of you had this happen? I can look at everything on the sight, put it in the shopping cart then BAM, same message. Tried to update my "persona info" and still get the same thing. Just wondering if you guys are getting the same thing.
