Easy way to tell if stock downpipe?
Hello. I made a post about my purchase previously. Because of my living situation I don’t have the ability to jack my car and check my downpipe. Essentially I’m asking: is there a way to check from the engine bay whether or not I have a stock downpipe? Any advice is appreciated this whole forum has been extremely helpful so far!

Does it stink while it's running?
When I have questions about parts like this I'll look up my car and the part at realoem.com, get the part number and search for that with Google images. That being said, that looks like a stocky boy.

That’s why I started wondering, it does smell lol. I can’t seem to exactly match online with what’s on my car. I’m guessing the only surefire way is to get underneath the car or take out the pipe and look at the cat

Hard to tell 100% but the mounting bracket looks different... and the "cat" area looks skinnier in your pic.
https://www.2addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1715138 another user had some pics on the classified of stock one. I'm not a betting man but I'd put a $5er on it not being OEM. |
