There’s at least one dent. That’ll need to be filled, sanded smooth, primed and painted.

Luckily i washed and waxed and it came up no idea what it was. Truly looked dented in. Some sort of scuff no idea.

That looked like shit in the photo but upon closer inspection think the background reflection was the cause of most of the "problem."

For future reference Dr. Color Chip is the best option short of a body shop. Then you can find two options at the body shop. There's "fixed fixed" that's expensive, then they can do an inexpensive touch up and blend on something like a lower fender or lip scrape or something.
