Corvette C6 is a very pretty design one of the most coherent designs ever.
There are times I took at my 235 and I find it so good looking.
Anyway, enjoy your new car>

I did the same thing. I had a ‘19 GS. I got rid of it and got my m240 and haven’t regretted it.

yes, having had many corvettes they are fun to drive and really for me
just a weekend or track car...for sport only..but the bmw is useful for everyday and is a joy to drive anywhere,,my vettes got to be a hassel just to get out of my driveway let alone the crummy city streets and freeway bumper to bumper traffic having driven 6 spd manual cars for 50 yrs I'M DONE...

Welcome back into the fold!

I've been rocking manual transmissions since 1966 and still enjoy the unit in my car and the one in the wife's Mazda 3. I hear you, though, as I've thought that if I were to sell my M240i I'd likely give serious thought to joining the masses, both in size and transmission. I'd do my best to stick with RWD, though.

That was my sentiment as well. It became a chore to get out and drive daily. Too low, scraped over everything. Trying to avoid every dip and bump in the road. It was amazing when you could stretch it’s legs but that was so rare. I enjoy the BMW because it makes a more livable daily. I still have the Manual because I love it. That said, as I get older the more I’m warming up to driving an auto.
