Would this setup work for a stock suspension and no spacers? (apex ec-7s + PSS)

18x8.5" ET45 and 18x9.5" ET58 with 235/40/18 and 255/35/18

That's what I was given by Apex but I would love 265s in the rear.

For the front, it is better to go for 18x8.5 ET35. With 8.5 ET45 you will probably need spacers

Probably the reason the M2 uses these sizes now. And the ride looks great!

Thanks and yes the weight difference is surprisingly noticeable! The car feels very light and nimble! I did have spacers on the stock wheels which may exaggerate the weight reduction but I was definitely surprised.

You may need to roll your front fenders to accommodate the 235. Otherwise, those specs should work. You might even be able to fit the 265 with the ET58.

Looks fantastic - but having succeeded fitting 235 tires at the front, why did you go with only 245 at the rear? AFAIK, 255 are guaranteed to fit (and maybe even 265)?

BTW - I think black body color is the only one that goes well together with black wheels, IMHO. I know black wheels are very trendy these days, but I hate them on e.g. white cars; an Alpine White 2-series with black wheels looks like it has no wheels at all. This way, all the efforts to make the wheels look more "aggressive" and fill the wells perfectly are futile, as the wells actually look empty

BTW, what's the goldish emblem on the left of your trunk?

Thanks, I have xdrive and was concerned about keeping the diameters pretty equal. 235/35 and 255/30 would have had too big a difference in diameter. The emblem is the Enzo performance 500R badge.

500R, isn't that stretching it a weee-little bit? 400R seems about right for the N55.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not even a 300R anymore, so I'm just envious.

I have the pure stage 2... That being said I'm still on the fence about the badge, I wish they had a darker one

Im going to inject my setup into this.

I've been running 235/265 for a while now.. About 25,000 miles or so.

VMR 810 wheels / Stock Springs
Bridgestone Pole Position S04 Tires
235/40/18 8.5" ET45 front (3mm spacer)
265/35/18 9.5" ET50 rear

235 with ET45 rubs the front strut case ever so slightly on track days (enough to rub a liitle paint off). 3mm clears up that.
265 with ET50 leaves plenty of room and no issues. If you increase this offset to ET58 or ET60 as with some of the other wheels you start to get closer to the strut cover, and inner fender wall. The tradeoff is a little poke with 265.

Congrats on the new wheels!

Although still not enough rubber for that turbo!

What wheel widths are you running?

I'm about to get spacers for my setup.

18x8.5 ET45 on 225/40-18 PSS with 5mm spacer front
18x9.5 ET62 on 265/35-18 PSS with 12mm spacer rear

Wonder is the rear poke with rub. Stock suspension.

Props to ocn55 for his help.

Of course!

I'm currently running 15mm in the rear but trying to go down to 12mm... I tried with the 12 and rubbed on the shock cover but since I'm getting new bushings, I'll give it another shot. ET62 with a 12mm might be just perfect in the rear with a drop.

Also, I'm actually running a 235/40 front

That has got to be a beast! I'm still trying to find someone in my area with a 235 Enzo tune to give me a ride as I'm on the fence regarding my 300hp output as it's just not enough in a cab due to all the extra weight.

Dinan springs and Wheels /tires are on went with HRE FF15 19" 255 30 and 235 30. wheels look good but dont want to drive much until i get an alignment. I am a little upset with the finish of one of the wheels. one of the fronts which is a 19x8.5 et40 was not painted down into the lug holes. my tire guy noticed this after he mounted the tire. Im kind of suprised due to the HRE name and rep of the company. I will reach out to them on monday.

After I lower my car, I usually drive a bit (for about a week) to let the springs settle. Then, do an alignment. Is you car totally off on alignment?
