Has that on my VW R32 (with Ohlins) and was very happy with the result. Unfortunately the 2 series is not listed

Contact MSS directly as their can advise on spring rates to suit your 2 series.

Perhaps bear in mind, looking at most aftermarket HAS/coilover kits - springs tend to be the same between F30 and F22...

Can height adjusters be fitted to any spring, or is there something intrinsic to the spring's design - height, coil shape, etc - that needs to be there to work with the height adjusters?

I've got F30 Swift Spec-R's and love the substantially higher spring rate they've got, but being able to adjust height for daily/winter track and corner balancing for the track would be awesome with the perfectly competent Dinan-tuned EDC dampers.
