What is happening in Washington / what did they do?

I would have thought Cali was a shoe in for the most stupid (albeit it a very pretty) state. So I admit I'm curious what Washington is doing.

Have to be 21 now to purchase gun, waiting periods, working on mag cap, every semi auto is classified as an assault rifle. Laying groundwork for being real stupid real quick.

Why the hell the judge put a stay on his own decision?? (Yes, I know. I read it.) That's what the appeal is for. DUMB Seems like he caved to the libtard AG.

Negative. He did it because he could write-in protection for those who purchased magazines during the window. If he had let the 9th issue the stay while AG appealed, they could have come down and said ďnope, and now we want the sales records too and everyone who bought is now a felon.Ē On top of that, since mags arenít serialized or anything, he essentially legalized every mag purchase made. Thereís no way to tell that your formerly blocked 10/30 was unblocked before or during last week. Used to be if you had a high cap for a gun made after 2000 then it was clearly illegal as the gun didnít exist in 1999. Now that doesnít matter anymore.

Thereís a lot more going on here in the 2nd and 3rd order effects than just a stay.

Yup, all standard cap mags from now until the end of time were purchased during 'Freedom Week 2019' (unless the laws change for the better, for good)

They've already discovered we'll pay for $4 / gallon though. No need to drop prices even if manufacturing costs have dropped and margins have widened.

Do you have a really small tank, or really cheap gas?

$55 for me today, $3.159/gal for 93. NJ raised their gas taxes not long ago. We used to be one of the cheapest. No mas.

Good! The Brady Bill era clearly demonstrated that these types of measures have no impact on gun crime and gun violence.

That explains it. The difference in my fill up in your neck of the woods would be $6.

And you probably have twice the range of my 20 gal tank.

And how did a thread about 10+ round magazines get to the cost of gas?

Happy weekend everyone.

I think ppl are stuck driving to wherever they have to go so it doesn't matter how expensive you make gas ppl will pay for it! What will change is that ppl will just buy more efficient cars so the total cost of gas will be the same for them
