I could not talk to a live person at Special Sales, but according to my CA, my car just has been released to their transport co. today. Hoping for a reunion tomorrow.

So I was talking to my CA and he told me that my M235i isn't at the dealer yet but my friend's 228i is...lol We dropped off at the same time and were on the same boat. And as far as I know mine didn't have any damages but his did have a wheel rash. It's pretty funny how it works.

Boat docked on July 18th, cleared customs on 23rd or so, went to VDC on 24th, finished VDC on the 30th. So it's been 3 days and supposedly it has not been released to trucking yet. Damn it I am getting anxious! Lol

I hope your new car deprivation is almost over. It's bad enough BMW has made you wait so long, but why are they keeping you in the dark?

Should be soon. Do you know whether the trucks make deliveries on Saturdays? If not, I'm thinking Monday for redelivery.

So my car arrived at the dealer yesterday afternoon, but I can't pick it up till next Saturday because I'm out of town. Only if it arrived one day earlier.. Good things always come late, I guess. Hope you have a better luck.

Ah that must be tough on you. Gotta just tough it out for another week and then you can pick up your baby.

I called Wagoners Trucking (1-800-449-3195), gave them the last 8 of the VIN and they told me they will mark it hot and try to get it on a truck today. If it does, it will get to the dealer Monday night or Tuesday morning. That would mean just a few days over 8 weeks since drop off.
