Is any new BMW sold standard with non-RFT tires?
Is any new BMW designed to accommodate a spare?
Just curious.

In Canada all the ///M vehicles (including the X3-6Ms) are standard with non-RFTs, with no option to put RFTs on them and no spare, just a can of tyre goop and a compressor that ///M cars have had for 20 years or so now.

In the UK, the M235i got sold with run-flats as standard, mostly, but not always. Some batches would get the non-runflats and the repair kit. From UK Forum feedback, there didn't seem to be any consistency as to why one or the other - perhaps it was just supply.

In our local US showroom, about half of
the coupes and ‘verts had RF AS P7 tires
and the other half had NRF PS4S tires.
They wouldn’t swap one type for another,
however, once they were spec’d on the car.

I got rid of 3 of the P7s and got good
summer and winter tires plus and kept
one P7 for a full size spare on a cheap wheel.

Here in UK you can't repair a runflat. Gets expensive throwing away virtually new tyres sometimes. money making exercise. You can repair yours in the good old USA. We need that logic here.
