Fair price for 2018 m240i?

Hey everyone! Found a 2018 m240i xdrive close to me with verrrrry low kilometres.

curious what price you guys think I should be aiming for considering everything going on and well the fact that the 2 series doesn't seem to hold its value lol

Depending on how many KM's I know you can find for $34k here in Ontario with around 40,000km
