For those that have installed this Earthquake SWS-8 speaker under the seats in our cars. Do you need spacers? If so how thick do they need to be - if you can remember?

You will need some spacers to go between the enclosure and the driver. Mine came with the speakers, but you can buy it separately on line, Amazon has it. It is specific to BMWs and has terminals for the wires to the drivers.

I installed mine yesterday and they sound pretty good so far. I still have ASD and it is more noticeable for sure. Good bass, may need some EQ and better amp to really excel.
