What's the difference between this and the OEM rear spoiler on the M235i besides being CF, is it taller, thicker?

What's the difference between this and the OEM rear spoiler on the M235i besides being CF, is it taller, thicker?

I believe that this is modeled after the M performance one so it should be similar. But this one just looks carbon fiber while the OEM one is real carbon.

I had one just like this on my M235i for 4 years painted with zero problems
