asked Kmac about them got the following response:
"The lower arm inner Camber adjustable bushes #193616-8J #320 (precisely adjustable – single wrench accurately under load direct on alignment rack) provide either positive or negative adjustment – up to 1.5 degrees – plus 1 1/8” extra track width.
They are mono ball / 2 axis design."

So essentially if I'm looking for just -1.5° camber on the front to fit my wheels, I can get this instead of camber plates? The price has me really interested.

I think so but no wheel push like the LCA/TA upgrade. No one has done this yet so we will see.

I'm not sure what you mean by wheel push. But the KMac bushing goes in the lower control arm.

The hole in the bushing is offset pushing the ball joint end of the control arm out, essentially making the stock LCA longer.

The M control arm achieves the same thing only by making the aluminum part of the arm longer. For a given camber they will both have the same wheel geometry.

I meant that I'm not sure if the wheels become uncentered in the wheel wells by pushing forward in the wheel well.

I would think so. You get about the same with LCA but the wheel isn't pushed forward with these.

Shouldn't it still push it forward? unless the stock LCA and the M4 have different angles

I wish this was available before I got my Powerflex adjustable bushing last year. That one is only good for +/- 0.5 degrees.

So, the out come is not great. One of the bushings, no problem. The other side is over machined, and drops straight through the control arm. This is a manufacturing fault.

Luckily, the old ones have gone back. Will have to reach out to ECS and KMAC. Very disappointing that a big company has made such a fundamental error.

I spoke to Apex to see if they think it'll work for my setup and they said it would push out the bottom of the strut which would decrease my tire to fender clearance instead of the way camber plates move the top of the strut in word for camber. Didn't recommend it. What was your experience?

That s*cks. Good-bye KMAC, then. Never meant to get to know you, I guess.

Your car is xDrive, right? How do you like the PowerFlex version on you xDrive? Is the bush stiff enough? Not softer than stock? (I got SuperPro and they seem to be softer that stock)

Well. There we have it. Thank you for trying these. I'm sorry it didn't work out. I hope that you get a replacement or your money back.

Why can't someone get this front suspension figured out?

I tried the powerflex. Had to send them back as they didn't work. Boxed incorrectly and only rwd.
