Where's port injection?

It seems everyone is still doing TBI or charge pipe fuel injection, why is nobody pushing for or developing port injection that I can find?

I spoke with Terry@BMS on his forum and intake manifold was cited as the cause -- the design of it would make the sandwich plate difficult to make.

Twisted Tuning is working on a port injection for the b58 if you still are looking for some help just FYI
