SBM2- M235i
HI Guys,
Just wanted to let you all know we will be contributing to this forum, as we have just purchased our own M235i. We have some plans for it and if you have been following us over the last few years you will know what we have contributed to the E82 and E9x forums. It is exciting times with a new car to the market place so look forward to sharing the information as it comes to hand. We are currently looking into the BMW MPerformance range of products and getting familiar them all. When our car comes in, I will post up some images. |

Greetings Andrew,
I look forward to what you have planned in regards to the M235i and the future M2! I'd also like some feedback in regards to that "M Performance LSD" that can be optioned with the M235i. I assume this will be part of your build, right? I've had the quaife in the 135i, so I'd love to hear your comparison when the time comes. Carl |

Our M235i arrived on Friday afternoon, so we haven't had anytime with it yet, haven't even got the plates on it. But here are a few pics of it brand new, i'll get some plates on it this week and take it for a drive. Looking forward to it and then start some testing after a few km's have been put on it.

Hi Andrew - can you explain why you are going with Quaife? I had Quaife as standard equip on my Neon and it did fine for 130k miles. Any technical advantage over clutch type LSDs? Thanks!

Really like the CF interior! Thinking about changing mine to CF (currently have the al hex) but a little concerned it will make the interior too dark (especially given I have black leather). How does it look in the flesh??
