Non-EDC coilovers on EDC Car - need end link help
I installed non-EDC KW V1 coilovers on my EDC M240i. I'm at a stopping point now because the passenger side strut is "reversed" and the factory end link does not align. Do you guys recommend a fix for this? I hear some people say to use a driver side end link for the passenger side in the opposite direction but I worry that it will disrupt the original geometry of the suspension to reverse the end link.

You need the droplinks for the passive suspension i.e. both the same part number. The Adaptive shocks use different droplinks on each side.
Part number for the passive car is 31306792211 both sides, only left for Adaptive and 31306792212 for Adaptive right. So I think you need another 31306792211 https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=31_0951 |
