F22 Pre-LCI Interior Trim / Shifter Lever Swap

After 5 years I decided to upgrade my standard aluminum interior trim with the Carbon Fiber bits (all OEM), specifically:
- 5 piece CF interior trim (handles, dash/airvent, center console)
- Auto Shifter wrap
- Shifter base

I am not a very talented handyman and was planning to have the bits installed by the dealer who is trying to take me to the cleaners ($500 installation for 3 hours of labor).

It seems the only pieces a bit more tricky are the center console piece due to the iDrive controller attached and the shifter cover.

Anybody has a good guidance video or any other recommendation how to get the parts switched by myself the best way?

Seems steep for $500 installation. I know this shows a manual, but I'd imagine the auto shifter has only a few more spots to pop up.
