Scratch and dent special on this one. I got it in a read and went ahead and virginized it. It doesn't have the expanded display, has a chunk missing from the lens, and one of the needles has a crack in the center black part. I've tested it and everything works as it should so it's just cosmetic flaws. This is a USA spec cluster
