I bought a 2018 M240i M Performance Edition last January (with 19” wheels and summer tires in the middle of winter) and they took 7K off the sticker, another $500 loyalty discount, and then thru in wheel locks and all-weather floor mats including trunk. Sales manager claimed he was taking a loss but I imagine they were happy I bought it.

Dealer always wins. Don't let them ever tell you otherwise. They just didn't make as much money as they wanted. I'm also not sure how your dealer is but at my dealership with my two leases for my M performance (first one totaled 13 days in by a rape van) and my wifes last 3 leases they automatically drop 3k off the top. Then I was also able to get a decent amount of incentives. My 19' I got about 7,500 off as well. I was glad I was able to get that much off because after the first one was totaled I got a check for that money that was taken off. lol.

I found a 2019, sticker was $51.7K, and its was $43.7K out the door.sale price was under $42k...this was a few weeks ago, but it was AT.

You can buy a used 2018 with super low mileage loaded in low 40's...keep in mind...here's a 2019 for $40K

that is a good deal, just ensure the warranty hasn't already started.

Just to add another data point, I found a 2018 brand new, fully loaded X-drive convertible in May. MSRP was 59k something, picked it up at 42k (includes $800 shipping to MN, doesn’t include tax and reg).

In my case I just got very very lucky. The car was advertised wrong on Cargurus and other apps. It was listed as an X-drive coupe with zero options and black sensatec interior. When I checked the VIN of the car it was the exact color combo I wanted: alpine white with red Dakota inside. The car also had every option imaginable checked and was a convertible.

No wonder they hadn't been able to sell it. It was listed as an overpriced coupe and people would just filter it out. Till I found it, by chance. I saw that the pics were of a convertible with red Dakota and the specs listed on all these apps were of a base level coupe with black sensatec. Called up the dealership and had them send me the VIN sheet sticker for the car... made an offer, signed the papers. A brand new fully loaded X drive convertible in the color combo I wanted.

Don't know, you're in a completely different country. Things work differently than the USA I'm sure.
