Can Mission Performance's Flash Tune for Transmission be used with other platforms tunes, such as DME Tuning, BM3, ext..?

From what I understand from reading forums on the 3 series forums: yes it can be done with other tunes.

Yeah I just got off the phone with him. He pretty much said there would be no benefit to do it if you are not running his tune but my friends over at BigBoost USA had told me it does. But no worries I'm just gonna wait for my new kit & go from there!
