Best balanced car C6, GTR, M3, C63, RS4, Cayman S?
We all know the numbers, we all have seen the vid's and write ups. I would like to know which car you believe has the best overall package. Which car on its merits is the most balanced considering all things that make up a good car, PRICE included.
My vote would go to the M3 because I strongly feel it gives you a little of everything. |

Just 2 points:
- This should be posted in the "M3 vs" section, that's what it's for - 5 pages at the most before bashing and insulting will start. Hope I'll be proved wrong, though. Best regards, south

On what I am about to say I give it just 1 page. As I am in the UK/Europe and our pricing policy is different I would place the order as S5, 335i, RS4, M3, C63 and then 997. The reasoning for placed the Audis ahead is purely on the fact that as an everyday package with awd their performance is most accessible more of the time and currently their designs are the more striking, both inside and out. As with everything as the levels performance improves the costs increase, it's that more for less thing and why the Porsche doesn't come higher in my ratings. On second thoughts, I give the insults just one more post. |

P.S. Notice I did at least place the 335i second in my order, well that was until I realised I had left out the GTR. |

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but i think from that list, the car that offers the best balanced package is the RS4.
It has AWD, real back seats, a brilliant engine and a nice interior. That said, of that list I'm considering buying the GTR or M3. |

Because the RS4 is no longer on sale now I wouldn't place it first but I can understand why someone would. Things are looking good for the future RS5 and next RS4, but at what price is my only concern, I can't imagine the RS5 costing anything less than £55K and that almost 10% more than the already brilliant M3.

I think the GTR is obviously the best of the bunch based on performance as well but factor rear seat and at 82K U.S. dollars for the Premium model (Inquired today) & its at 911 money although be it at Gallardo performance. But I dont feel its the most balanced. Theyre doing 10-20 k over MSRP. soooo that means $100,000.00 K for a Nissan brand. Ouch! |

AWD cars tend to feel more balanced, mostly because it is easier to drive them at the limit and because of surefooted-ness. Chassis balance is something else.
